How to do it:

  • Place your hands behind your back on the grip of the bench or whatever you choose as your support.
  • This is your start position. Now, slowly lower your body down while your legs are straight. Keep your elbows tucked in and your body upright.
  • Focus on lowering your body with the help of your triceps and ensure that you are elbows are in a perpendicular position.
  • Then, push your body back with your triceps. Repeat the same 10 times.

Push-Ups

Known for chest exercises, push-ups do a great deed for your triceps as well, helping you lose flabby arms.

How to do it:

  • Place your hands downwards and keep your shoulders width apart. Put your weight on your hands and toes. Keep your feet together when you are in this position.
  • Now, push yourself downwards till your chest reaches the floor with the help of your triceps. Inhale as you do so.

One Arm Side Push Up

How to do it:

  • Lie on one side of your body and then keep your knees slightly bent. Touch the floor with one hand and keep the other one on the opposite shoulder.
  • Push your body up with the hand touching the floor.
  • Do the same on the other side and follow this exercise at least 10 times to see effective results.

The Windmill

Windmill as an exercise is a great way to lose flabby arms. As you rotate your hands, it helps your shoulders, upper arms as well as your neck muscles.

How to do it:

  • Raise both your hands and keep them at shoulder level, parallel to the ground.
  • Next, raise them upwards and start rotating in the backward position and then down. Bring them in front again and keep following the 360-degree motion.

Sit Up Pull Over

Another exercise that helps strengthen your overall body whilst also lose weight around your arms is to do sit up pullover.

How to do it:

  • Lie down and face towards the ceiling. Bend your knees and keep your feet flat. Now, extend your arms with lightweight dumbells in each hand. Curl up and come forward as your abs contact.
  • As you sit, bring your arms ahead with an arcing motion and take them towards your knees.
  • Once you reach the knees, stay in this position for at least 3 seconds and then go back to the start position.

Bent-Over Row

You will need a barbell to do this exercise. You can also use dumbells here.

How to do it:

  • Grab a barbell and stand with your feet and shoulder apart. Face your palms downwards as you hold the barbell.
  • Now, bend forward and then bend your knees slightly. Keep your torso parallel to the floor and back straight. Your head should be pointed the front way.
  • Make sure your elbows are close to your body. Pull the bar towards your upper torso and breathe out.
  • Squeeze your muscles and be in this position for a few seconds.
  • Now, take the bar down slowly and go back to the starting position. Repeat this exercise 10 times.
